Welcome to REVARA. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to REVARA Supply Inc. REVARA Supply Inc. operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). REVARA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and services. However, colours and product appearance may differ depending on the device, screen and settings used to view our store.
We do not warrant that the appearance of products purchased will be identical to how they appear on your screen.
Product descriptions, availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. REVARA Supply Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline an order for any lawful reason.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be completed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once processing has begun.
If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
Products purchased through REVARA are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed to by us.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping, handling, customs, duties or other charges.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for purchases made through our store.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
REVARA Supply Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, service disruptions or other events outside our reasonable control.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The REVARA website and its content, including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product imagery, video, audio, designs and other materials, are owned by REVARA Supply Inc., its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell or commercially exploit REVARA content without prior written permission.
REVARA names, logos, product names, designs and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

REVARA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and REVARA Supply Inc.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of REVARA products and is not responsible for the products purchased from REVARA or for transactions between you and REVARA, except to the extent required by applicable law.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information in order to provide and improve its services.
